Radeon HD 7850

Hi Im currently planning my first build and I am planning on getting a Radeon HD 7850 video card but not sure which brand yet. I have a Syncmaster 2220wm LCD monitor that is about 5 years old and I wanted to know if this monitor would be able to run on a 7850 video card. I'm not really knowledgable about cables and ports so I would appreciate it if someone would explain this to me.

Sapphire 7850 2gb

Yep, the 7850 should come with at least 1 DVI output, and the Monitor has DVI and VGA. Though you may need a DVI cable if you don't have one.
