Quiet system

Hi everyone

I have a a silent rig and I would like to keep it so but am looking for a graphics card that will keep my computer silent but needs to be powerful don't have a whole lot of money to spend maybe 200 or 300 if it is really worth it i was looking at the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... but that doesn't seem to be still on sale and kinda out dated so I was wondering is there a new version or something else that will suit my requirements or should I use crossfire/SLI. I will be doing a bit of gaming, video editing and Photoshopping.
