I need help choosing between two graphics cards for a gaming rig im building...

looking for a the better of the 2 for gaming. heres the rest of the specs

Intel i7 3570k
ASUS Rampage IV Gene
kingston hyperx 16 gb ddr3 1600
ocz agility 3 256gb ssd

still gotta buy the rest, thats all ive bought so far

They're both pretty much equal but I would get the GTX 650 ti since it consumes less power and has all of the new kepler features.

No problem, the 7850 is roughly as fast as the 560 ti 448 core, which in turn is quite a bit faster than the 560 you linked to.
