Im hopping to narow this problem down a little more than i have
cpu = amd fx8350
cpu cooler = thermaltake frio. spinq vt.
mem = gskill ripgaws x 2133 cas9
mobo = asrock fatal1ty 990fx pro
gpu = evga geforce gtx 690
ssd = 2x scan disk 480gig at raid 0
psu = evga supernova 1500
so my issue is that radomly my computer shuts down total black out with the red led blinkin on the psu. never had that happen before (just upgraded to ssd and gtx690). im not sure if its a problem with my gpu or my graphics card or the ssds? it seems to occur during heavy loads aka benchmarks and once when it was in sleep mode. i hooked my 690 up just like my old gpu(gtx 670) only the 690 has two 8 pin connecters instead of two 6pin. the power supply is using one 8pin connector that splices into two 6+2 pin connectors. i have lots of other theorys but cant rule them out and dont wanna just start replacing parts too much $$$ in this thing right now!
