Sapphire VS ASUS VS Powercolor 7950

I cant decide between the 3 brands of 7950.

From what I heard, in order from best quality,

ASUS > Sapphire > Powercolor

Is that true?

Sapphire is the largest AMD gpu manufacturer. I have used their cards in the past many times and I recommend them highly. Asus is good too. Never bought anything made by PowerColor and probably never will.
