So initially I was going to purchase the XFX Black Edition, but then someone recommended me the Gigabyte one, which has 3 fans. Then upon more research it seems the Sapphire card is great, as is the MSi one. Now I'm stuck since they're all great yet have many different features.

What I'm looking for is the best performance (I will probably overclock). Budget is $450, but I can go over if the performance difference is large. Noise isn't an issue since my computer is already loud and I'm used to it, and it needs to fit in an Antec 900 case on a ASUS P8Z77-V LK motherboard. No other PCI/PCIe slots will be used.

The Saphire TOXIC is the best one but its $200 more than the normal 7970 so its not worth it.
heres a link of a few 7970 OCs, doesn't include all of them

I would recommend this one if you just want a good card with good noise and cooling and above average OC. The gigabyte cards aren't know to OC very well, PC+ are generally very good cards, just powercolor isn't always the best for customer support.
