Best graphics card for me?

I'm looking for the best graphics card to go for under 100$
I'm going to play and record mainly minecraft.
I heard that Radeon 5670 is good for this should i get it?

My computer specs(sucks)

OS: Windows 7 32bit
CPU: AMD pheenom 8650 triple core processor(2.30 GHZ)
RAM: 4gb
Graphics(Please don't laugh): Radeon 2100
