Help building a gaming computer?

Hello, I need help building a Gamign PC. I have around £500 asa spending limit (can go a little bit more if necessary) but I want to play games like Skyrim and Minecraft mostly at maxed settings with no lag. So, can anyone help me with parts? I would prefer it if I had the radeon 7870 2gb graphics card or the gtx 660 ti. Also, I need a case.
Thanks for the help! :)

  1. Have you ever built a PC yourself before? Getting a 660Ti or 7870 will kill almost half your budget so you'll be limiting yourself as Skyrim is quite CPU intensive.
  2. If you really want a killer PC, you'll have to go a little overbudget.

If you want a killer PC below 500 quid, this is it

It doesn't really get any better than this.
  3. Wow thanks for that Kamen_BG, would this run Skyrim at ultra with around 40 FPS or Minecraft at max settings?

    Minecraft easily Skyrim probably too
  6. Note you could have problems with Skyrim if you use user created mods which require more video memory so if you can go a little over look for a 2gig version of the 7850.
