I am looking at building my first comp. I want to stay around $800. How doe this setup look? Would you guys suggest any changes?

It looks rather nice
*However I have no idea about the reliability of Thermaltake's PSUs so I'd check up on that, and 750W is complete overkill for the hardware you're proposing (unless it's on sale or something)
*Make sure you're sure with the CPU/GPU balance, for example how about a 7950 and i3? Not saying change it, but give it some consideration.
*What about hard drives?

either way i would do this. no need to spend that much on a motherboard, psu and case. imo the money is better spent on the gpu. unless there is some specific feature you need.
