The second one. Wow doesn't take much at all the run, I have on machine that'll run it on an Athlon x2 and a 5450. That AMD chip will beat both that CPU and 5450 with it's on board.

I didn't even notice they both had dedicated GPU's, still though the second one is the way to go.
