Hello,
Lately, my PC is runny slow and getting worse now. At times it keeps loading even when I try to browse just 2/3 websites. How can I get my PC work faster?

Reformat it and get rid of all the crapware, and bad registrys.

Why the thread title? Totally unrelated to your issue...!

Download CCleaner and run that before you try a reformat. It'll clean out the junk and sort your registry (back the registry up beforehand, however). Also remove any bloatware you may have; if your PC is from someone like Dell, HP etc they tend to install custom programs that are, frankly, garbage. Get rid.

If all that doesn't work, then reformatting may be an option. What spec is your machine?
