Best graphics card for older Dell XPS 400?

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: 11/17 or 11/18 BUDGET RANGE: < $150

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Videoconferencing, watching movies, developer so want plenty of screen real estate, not a gamer.

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: 256MB ATI Hyper Memory PCI-Express X16 (DVI/VGA/TV out) Radeon X600 SE, 375W / 90 to 135 V and 180 to 265 V at 50/60 Hz (1280 BTU/hr heat dissipation)

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: Dell XPS 400 w/ Intel Pentium D 830 (3GHz) w/ Dual Core, 4GB RAM, PCI Express x1 (1), PCI Express x16 (1), PCI Express x4 (1), PCI (3), Dual 19" monitors and adding a third 21" monitor. Dual SATA hard drives, likely to add/switch to a SSHD in near future.

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe SLI OR CROSSFIRE: No

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Would prefer going with a GPU that will work with my power supply over upgrading, unless you guys say I really need to. Running Win 8 64-bit
