Graphics Card suggestion

Looking for a new graphics card because my current one is near 4 years old and can't keep up with what I play (EVE Online, Blacklight, Killing Floor) unless I set most settings to either low or lowest.

Current specs are:

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bitS
ystem Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard
System Model: p6510y
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 630 Processor (4 CPUs), ~2.8GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 3832MB RAM
Page File: 3815MB used, 3846MB available
DirectX Version: DirectX 11

Current Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 4200
Current Display: 1920x1080 (32-bit)(60Hz)

Reason I'm asking is because I don't understand the above and need some help.

We also need to know the wattage of your power supply. And we need to know if you have an open pcie slot. You could probably throw in a HD 7750 Radeon. That is a reasonably priced card that won't be choked by the speed of the rest of your rig.
