HD 6450 HDMI issue

Hey,
I searched and couldn't find my exact issue.

Basically, the HDMI port on the card is not recognizing my TV. I have all the latest drivers. Is there any methods of troubleshooting or is my card defective.

Currently, I've got this connected to a VGA monitor, but this is set up for HTPC.

Make sure the TV is set to HDMI Input.
Press Windows Key+P and choose the available option.

Thanks, so I've found somewhat of a "solution"

For whatever reason on my HDMI 3 input on my TV will work with this. I tried multiple cables. The other HDMI slots do work however just not as an input for my PC. I'm not sure exactly why this is. Anyone else encounter this?
