HD 6450 HDMI issue

Hey,
I searched and couldn't find my exact issue.
Basically, the HDMI port on the card is not recognizing my TV. I have all the latest drivers. Is there any methods of troubleshooting or is my card defective.
Currently, I've got this connected to a VGA monitor, but this is set up for HTPC.
