Need help for my new build

Hi guys,

i'm thinking of building a new pc for gaming, and after reading for days i end up with this build, these are the components that i can get locally


ASUS P8H67 - ATX - LGA1155 Socket
or
ASUS P7P55D - ATX - iP55 - LGA1156 Sock BUNDLE 3x

Intel Core i5 2400 / 3.1 GHz - LGA1155 Socket

2xCorsair - 4 Go - SO DIMM 204 - DDR3

Corsair Gaming Series GS700


WESTERN DIGITAL - SATA II - 1 To - Serial ATA-300
or
Seagate Barracuda - 3 To - SATA-600

ASUS EAH6870 DC/2DI2S/1GD5 - PCI Express 2.1 x16

If you're getting the 2400 you need to get the LGA 1155 socket motherboard. Also, that RAM, it is desktop memory, right? You threw a "204" in there, which is the number of pins on a mobile DDR3 module. Make sure you get 240 pin DDR3, which is the desktop version. The HD 6870 is a good GPU, a bit old but still fine. Corsair makes good power supplies. In general it looks good.
