A while ago I had a Riva TNT graphics card and used DVD Genie to change the region code so I could play US as well as European DVDs - no problem.
Since then I have changed to an All In Wonder 128 Pro 32MB card. Apparently I also need to change the region coding in the O/S (Win 98 Second Edition in my case) as well as in the DVD software. My question is how exactly do you do this with the latest version of DVD Genie in order to update the registry. I can see the Windows tab with the import & export tabs but the DVD Genie website does not explain the exact steps required.
Any help on this or other solutions to get around the region code would be most welcome - I have also tried Region Killer (which simply did not seem to work) and Remote Selector (which did not recognise the DVD software.
If I dont sort this problem soon I'll be stuck in an endless cycle of Steven Seagal films - and what could be worse than that ???
Thanks
