Accidentally knocked my 4-5 yr old self-built computer over and I think I may have damaged my mobo (won't get past post on startup). I'll list my specs below but I was wondering if I am able to just replace the mobo since I'm not able to spend much on replacing everything.
(Broken) Abit IP35 Pro XE
Core 2 Quad 9300
AMD Radeon 6870 (keep this in mind)
8GB DDR2 RAM
The computer was still running like new so I'm comfy with just replacing the mobo. The only problem is I can't find any P35 mobos on newegg and as far as I can find, my only alternative are G41 micro mobos. Will it be able to handle an AMD Radeon 8700??
