Will GTX560 running on 8x get significant bottleneck?

CPU : Intel I5 650 3.2Ghz
VCard : Asus GTX560 DCII OC
Just got a SATA 6Gb SSD and the motherboard requires that I use its I/O Level Up function
before I can fully utilize the SATA 6Gb port.
The function changes the PCI-E 16x slot to 8x.
Does anyone know if it would cause a significant speed reduction on my GTX560's performance?
