Lowering page file

Between WOW and FFXIV and some misc other things I only had 2 GB of free space on my 60 GB SSD so I lowered the page file which was eating about 12 GB down to 1024MB. Is this going to effect my pc at all? I have 8 GB of RAM

No, you should be okay. 8GB of RAM is more then enough for "most" people and beyond.

Just a side recommendation for getting more space on your SSD, have you disabled system restore?

That's why I recommend against getting such a small SSD. Don't forget you need to keep 20-30% of the space free for TRIM to work correctly.

Just put your page file on your mechanical drive. Did you disable system restore/hibernation?.

I dont have another drive at this point in time which is kinda why the space is such an issue XD
I turned off system restore and hibernate and hybrid sleep but is sleep ok?

Yeah sleep is fine. Saves your data to your RAM.
