Monitor not displaying windows startup

so when i turn on my computer my computer doesnt show the startup and its not displaying anything after waiting 4-5 minutes it displays my desktop but the icons on my desktop are big , after restarting the computer it works fine untill i turn off the computer again.

anyone knows what the problem might be ?

Either monitor or GPU problem. Have you tried the monitor on another computer? List full system specs as well.
