PNY Memory Stick Driver

I am trying to use my PNY Attache Memory Stick in my Dell MS Keyboard USB
Port. My Sony Stick works just fine.

I plug the PNY on and the install fails.
I can plug the PNY in the back of the CPU and it works fine there but it is
a pain in the butt crawling back there.

Anybody know what is up with the PNY driver?
