New Build...What GPU?

Hey everyone. My new build will be the following:

Mobo: ASUS M5A97
http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=76522&promoid=1209

CPU: AMD FX 4300
http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=76935&promoid=1209

RAM: G.SKILL Sniper SE 8GB
http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=59977

The rest of the parts are still being decided on.

I'm not sure what video card to get... I'll be re-using my old monitor at 1336x768 (Max resolution, Only supports VGA)
I dont mind using a VGA monitor, It just means i'll need an adapter. What video card should I get from $100-$230 for gaming?
I was thinking about the GTX 570. Here are some benchmarks:

Personally i would match a 7850, or 7870 with your rig. If you were interested on keeping it all AMD that is. If you wanted to go with Nvidia, a gtx 660 is right in your price range. However, i would really lean towards a 7870 if you could, it doesn't have the memory and bandwidth problems the 660 does.

going with the 7870 :D thanks
  3. The 7850 is the best value right now for gpus. It would fit in well with your rig too. I just bought a MSI 570GTX and love it. I got mine for close to 200 bucks on sale at newegg. Its more expensive than a 7850, but its a great card for gaming (faster than a 7850) and CUDA speeds up my pro apps.
