Wireless Card not being detected.

Hi guys! i know a TP link WIFI card installed in my pc, but it is not working properly, as it does not appear in the device manager under network adapters. Rather, there are 2 icons with exclamations next to ethernet controller and unknown device. An INTEL gigabit <blah blah> connector is detected in it rather...any solutions?

Sounds like the drivers have not been installed

yeah...but i dont even know the model ! is there any way to automatically detect and install drivers? or how can i know the model?

open the side panel of the case and you should be able to read the model number of the wireless network card.

as for the Intel network card you can go the computer manufacturer website (if it is a DELL, HP, Toshiba,...), the motherboard manufacturer website, or if you know the chipset on the motherboard you be able to find it on Intel's website.

ok im a noob so isnt there another way to do that? like programs or stuff?
