I had to put a glass of cold water on mine, to keep it from
over-heating. Man, I am getting old.

The Jupiter Ace should do better, since it's coded in Forth. (And it also
has the white case and red buttons, but is otherwise identical to the
ZX81.)

(I learned Forth on one of these at a free seminar at a West Coast Computer
Faire.)

I learned BASIC, Z80 Assembler and Forth on my ZX81. I got a Jupiter
Ace a couple of years later, it was a great implementation of Forth
:-)

wish my digicam wasn't busted, i have a cromemco z-2d system 2 case in
my server rack next to my head. i removed all the internal parts and use
the very large (like 8u) case to store stuff in and to set a monitor on.

I saw a mobo a few years back with a tube in the audio section. Supposedly
for the audiophiles.
