from what i have read the i450 is as good as the i850 but just slower. I have found it for £80 in UK. The specs for the i560 seem very impressive so basically are the features/quality of the i560 [and likely higher price tag] worth the wait?
it is for a home-office printer

As far as I know, the i560 is very similar to the i450, but has individual ink tanks. In addition, they both support 4x6, 5x7, and full page borderless prints. The i560 is slightly faster, uses the black ink tank from the i550 but the cyan, magenta, and yellow cartridges from s- and i- photo printers (i.e., BCI-6 series). It is real similar in other regards to the i850. Estimated MSRP is about $130(US).
The i450 is about $50(US) less expensive, but uses BCI-24 cartridges, making the ink costs nearly double the i560, something to consider if you do a lot of photo printing, and is slower than the i560, especially doing full page photos.

Hope that helps you.
