my pc does not really freeze but when I chat sometimes without caps lock characters appear to be caps. It comes back to normal after a while. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure that's a problem with your keyboard and operating system having communication errors, or your keyboard has a broken caps lock light to let you know when caps are on.
