Need help for buying graphic card?

So i was thinking to buy ATI Radeon HD 5450 512 Mb but suddenly it strike me that i need to check my power supply too so i open the case and saw the label that was side of PS and it says the PS is 170 W so can my power supply take on HD 5450!!!! And i am buying this for gaming!!!!!

My system specs are:
Intel Pentium 4 3.00GHz processor
1GB DDR2 RAM
256Mb Graphic card(ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro)
775 LGA socket

I need this graphic card to play games like assassin's creed and need for speed shift and Prince of Persia Forgetten sands and Batman:Arkham Asylum!!!!

It is not a gaming card, hardly an upgrade from your previous card in that respect.

^ agreed, your system is just entirely to weak to handle any of those games. I would upgrade entirely.
