and yes i will be getting a newer power supply 700w and a quad core cpu amd phenom x4 9650 and max out ram to 4gb
is it compatible? if not whats the best gpu i could get around 100?

Youll need to re link the graphics card, when I click on it, it just takes me to the newegg home page.

With your current system no its not, but with a upgraded power supply, it will be. By maxing out do you mean buying a whole new RAM kit ? If not then you need to make sure your putting in the same identical ram thats in your system.
