hi am going to build a new pc and i decided to this.

case: AEROCOOL XPREDATOR X3 DEVIL RED EDITION FULL TOWER
cpu: INTEL CORE I7-3770K 3.50GHZ LGA1155
cpu wc: corsair H100
mobo:ASROCK Z77 EXTREME4
ram: GEIL GD316GB1600C11DC 16GB (2X8GB) DDR3 PC3-12800 1600MHZ 11-11-11-28 1.5V
GPU: 2 x 7970 in CF
psu: Corsair Enthusiast Series TX850 V2 80Plus Bronze
ssd: INTEL 330 SERIES SSDSC2CT060A3K5 60GB SSD 2.5'' SATA3 MLC
hdd: WESTERN DIGITAL WD10EZRX CAVIAR GREEN 1TB SATA3
opti: PIONEER DVR-220LB DVD-RW LABELFLASH SATA BLACK BULK
ups: i dont khow how many watts i should take with this rig. pls advice

i want your opinion about everything.i something is not good tell me to change it.


ps.i will overclock the cpu and the GPU's

Th Geil ram is fairly slow for 12800, try this:

For you power supply I rec an 80+ single rail from Corsiar, Seasonic, Antec or a high end Rosewill. 700W or so.

the only thing i change in the build is the size of the boot ssd. windows 7 or 8 going to eat a big chunk of that 60g. your better off picking up a 120g drive for few dollars more. also look at today round up of seal cooler one of the new units is on sale for 60.00 on new egg.

I'd get a different SSD. I had an Intel drive and had nothing but problems with it. Plus it's based on an old, slow Sandforce 2.0 controller. Here's one that's far better and based on a much newer controller: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227915

groundrat@ i ll go with the corsair Vengeance.what i should do? to go with 2x8GB or 4x4GB?what is better? about the PSU that i choose is corsair 80+ 850 watt .its what you rec me(80+ from corsair 700 + watt). what is (single rail)

H100 with push/pull mode.i think it will be very good

am from cyprus .i want UPS coz we have a lot of power cuts in winter and am afraid for damaging any of the items of the pc

If you get an OCZ drive get the Vertex 4 or the Vector - all the other OCZ drives use the same Sandforce 2.0 controller that the Intel drives use.

i will buy it from a good eshop in cy.are there any good 120gb ssd except OCZ?

You want a 128GB drive - all 120GB and 240GB drives are pretty much Sandforce based. And those can either be really good or really bad depending on the manufacturer. The Samsung 830 is an excellent value drive at around 90 €.

What kind of issue did you face? Just checking if that's an opinion?
It seems to me that this is a discussion of the past.. 'coz the latest drives on Sandforce are really awesome. That coming from someone who has used and recommends them.
