Hello.
Before I begin, I'm very sorry, that I probably posted this in the wrong section of the forums, but I have no idea what is wrong with my PC.
My problem:
Each time when I start the PC, the "motherboard" screen freezes on startup for 1,5-2 min., sometimes it doesn't unfreeze at all. Rarely, the monitor doesn't show anything (black screen only), only the monitor's ON button flashes. Video card and power supply is also new. I had my HDD changed 2 days ago, because the last one "fried". Could be the result of my problem. But the problem persisted even before that. Since I'm a minor computer geek and... well never had anything like this before, I used to simply restart (2-3 times) the PC until it booted Windows. Everything was okay after that... until it's time to shut down the PC again. I thought new HDD will fix this problem, but it's the same. Can't install my Windows due to this.
It MIGHT be when I changed my motherboard, I can't recall it correctly.
