Hi, I'm currently thinking of upgrading my GPU for my computer. I upgraded my PC few months ago (except changing the GPU) so I believe the specs are still pretty good.

Here's my current specs:
Processor: Intel i5 3450
Motherboard: ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP
Memory: 4 x 4 GB Kingston DDR3-1600MHz
HardDrive: 1 TB Seagate + 1 TB WD Black Caviar + 180 GB Intel 330 SSD
Casing: Fractal Design R3 (4 x 140mm Case Fans)
Optical Drive: LG 12X Blu-Ray
GPU : Radeon HD5570 (To be upgraded)
Power Supply: Seasonic S12II 620 Bronze (620 W)

I'm thinking of getting AMD HD7850 for playing some FPS Games at 1920x1080 resolution. Do I need to change my PSU to support the graphic card or is my current PSU fine? Do I need to change any parts (in particular GPU within $300 price max)?. Thank you!

Your power supply unit is a very nice one and it would be able to run three HD 7850s. You certainly do not need to worry about that :).

Though, if you want to spend around $300, going with HD 7950 would be a nice idea - it's much more powerful than HD 7850.
