My cpu is i7 2600k 3,4 GHz and MOBO is Asus P8H67-M-PRO.

Is that correct buy or..?

I'm going to buy Coirsair CX430W V2 is that enough? I'm not sure about that :/

I'm going to buy 8GB G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 1333 Mhz RAM so is 430W enough?

I don't think PSU is enough. Because GTX 660 have minimum 450w supply required and you've got many other things to run too.

get a seasonic S12II 520watt PSU. Its top quality and will power everything just fine
