Pc problem screen turns around

I have a problem. Everytime I starts my computer, after login in to my user, the screen is turned around and the "start" icon is in the lover left corner. I can turn the screen back again, but everytime i launch a game it turns around again and I cant play it because of it. Im using a HP btw. I dont know why it does so, may anyone please help me?

If this just started, try a windows restore to date before error started.
