Would this graphics card be able to support these monitors?

Hi I am using a SAPPHIRE Vapor-X 100351VXSR Radeon HD 7970 3gb and I was wondering if it would be able to support 3 Dell S2330MX 23" Ultra-Slim Monitors. Also do you have any suggestions on other monitors that may be better that I could three or two way? I am a graphic designer who mostly illustrates so needs a wide viewing angle but I also enjoy gaming. My budget for the monitors is around 550 US dollars. Thanks!

The Dell S2330MX monitor uses TN panels which are not exactly known for wide viewing angles which can distort colors. If you need monitors to be colors accurate, then going with TN panel monitors is a huge mistake if your client / employer demand color accuracy. If it's more about the design itself, then I suppose any monitor would do.
