I know I can get some items cheaper on microcenter/amazon, but just linked the above from newegg for ease...

Is there anything else I should look at? Anything to change? Anything missing?

I will be mainly using the system for internet, gaming (FPSs, ARGs etc) and bluray watching (and ripping backups)...

16gb of ram is overkill you will do fine with 8gb and go with an asrock extreme 4 mobo. It will do just as good and save you some money. Other than that your build is good.

^ he's right. Definitely get only 8GB

Another thing is the psu. I don't trust OCZ psus anymore so I suggest you replace that with a corsair tx550m or tx650. And 550W-600W is enough

Everything else looks great.
