I recently installed a 10/100 card to acccomodate my new DSL subscription. My computer refuses to recognize the cards existance! When I tried to install the DSL software, it said there was no card present. The included driver disk does nothing to help matters either. How do I get my computer to accept this card? Any help resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. B.B.

What kind of card is this? What OS are you running? Are you sure you're installing the proper drivers for your OS?

isa cards are less easy for install than pci & there is yet some isa lan cards for sell.

if you know you don't know, the way could be more easy.

None of the newer MS operating systems will work with ISA devices.

The card is an Asound 10/100 Mbps dual speed PCI adapter. I'm running Windows 98. The disk with the drivers just does'nt seem to work at all. Can I get drivers at Asound web site? The wake-on Lan cable was'nt included with the card as it was supposed to be. Could that be the problem? Where can I get one of those cables (small 3prong connector)? Thanks for any help you can render. B.B.
