Hello,
Right after getting the build together I plugged it in and the computer turned on however post did not occur.
My Parts are:
ASRock Extreme4 Z77
Samsung 840 SSD
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB
Corsair Vengance 2x4GB 1.5V DDR3-1600
Antec High Current Gamer 620W
Intel i5-3570k
Antec P280 Mid-Tower Case

Now for the details. When I power on the computer: The fans spin, however the heatsink fan attempts to start two times before beginning to spin regularly; along with that I hear two beeps from the case, I know this is a post error but this is where the majority of my problems start to come from, the monitor does not display anything, so I cannot see what post error it is. Other than those two issues the system runs fine when powered on and will only turn off when I press the button.

Some things I have tried:
1. Changing the channels for the RAM, I've done 1-3 2-4 and both by themselves in the first channel.
2. Using a DVI cable instead of the VGA cable for the monitor in case something was wrong with it, but that is not the case since I'm using it now.
3. I went through the majority of this, http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems, thread, and what I did not I plan on doing in the morning.

I am currently waiting on a 7970 to get here so I can plug it in and see if the issues with not being able to see anything are coming from the board or some interaction between the monitor and PC.

Any help would be appreciated, and I apologize for the formatting and wall of text, I'm a bit frustrated/tired. I'll be going to bed, but I will check this thread right when I get up.
