Hi guys,
I just finished building my new PC today and plugged it in. But every 10 minutes or so, it would shutdown and reboot. Then it will go to windows 7 logo screen, and shut down and reboot again. Not sure why, but it would keep doing that, so I have to turn off the power switch on the PSU. I suspect the problem to be the PSU (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182173) What do you guys think?

Here are my specs:
CPU: core i5 2550k (not overclocked yet, somehow the temp is around 45C )
Heatsink: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Motherboard: MSI Intel P67 (B3, LGA 1155 (P67A-C43 (B3)) Motherboard
RAM: G.Skill 8GB (4gb x2) F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL DDR3-1600 Dual Channel
Hard Drive: 128 Crucial M4 SSD
Video Card: Gtx 260 (link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130370)
PSU: Rosewill RV2-700 700W ATX12V v2.3 / EPS12V SLI Ready Power Supply

I would have to agree, my first thought would be power supply too.
However, I find it odd that without OC'ing your CPU is at 45C, mine is at 24C. If you have a max temp setting for CPU it could be rebooting to prevent overheating.

Did you just immediately build this into the case or did you do a POST test with just mobo/RAM/CPU outside of the case to see if you could at least get into BIOS? When you first power on, are you getting any odd LED's lit up on the motherboard?

If you can get into the BIOS, can you try resetting to default settings and reboot and see if that changes anything?
