SSD 30 is fot what? it is not enough for win 7 and some program, any cache accumated will excess 40-50Gb

GPU, get at least nvidia 1GB DDR5 dude... thats is the least requirement for adobe series, especially premiere and AE

I agree with the Z77 + 3770K. Get a basic ATX Z77 like one of the ASUS Pro or Gigabyte UD3 series. The rest is just extra features that you may not need.

For the GPU, something in the range of a 1GB 7770 or a 1GB GT640 would be better. (I would aim for a 650/660 if you want to use CUDA and have a good boost in graphics performance or want to game a little)

You can get a 120GB Samsung 830 SSD fo $99 which will easily be enough for your OS and your main programs.

You can save money on the RAM by just getting some cheaper 1600MHz CL9 memory instead.

For the optical drive a ~$20 LiteOn or LG would be fine. I have seen some generic slim ones for a simliar price but I cannot verify their quality.

The PSU is a good one but you won't need that much power, 500-650W is plenty, especially since you will be using a single low-end GPU. (Over-clocking will still be fine)

The case is up to you but that thing is huge, a Coolermaster XM or a similar mid tower may be better off.

Hope this helps
