Weird lines when playing games

ok so about 2 days ago i started noticing these lines when ever i played starcraft 2, diablo 3, wow and mtg.
i have a pic its the best i can do if you zoom in you can see the lines on the tower on the left it moves all the time wether i stand still or not i only see it in games i dont get it in videos or on my desk top.

LG tv HDMI connection it dose 1360x768
please help my computer is only 1 month old and i dont know why it is doing this it worked fine till 2 days ago
