Help, I was setting up a second H/Drive to Ghost Across from suspect H/D and fdisk'd source H/d. Can I recover data using Spinrite, or is there another readily available software I can use. HELP

fdisk cuts off a letter and thats what makes formatting, you can try the undelet command or look for recovery software. Spinrite is a low level software program and will only set sectors, tarcks and head spacing-this is not recomended it might damage drive.
