Hi

I'm looking for a monitor for playing games both on pc and xbox. I would like at least a 24 inch screen preferably with 120hz and a low enough response time to play any games without ghosting.

I would like to keep the cost below $400.

Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You don't need 120hz - the consoles run between 30 and 60 fps, and it's doubtful your PC can run games at 120 frames a second. That being said...

The best 120hz monitor (in my opinion) is this:

The cheapest 120hz monitor is this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009222
(But it's ugly, and I believe, not 3d ready.)

The best non-120 hz monitor you can get would be one of these two - one is 23.6" and one is 24.

I did look at all of those. The BenQ has a tough price to swallow so I was pretty much between the Acer 120hz and the 24in Asus. I run an AMD Radeon 7870 so do you think the Asus is a better choice?
