Thoughts on my build

http://pcpartpicker.com/uk/p/vIg0

This is what I have come up with for my first gaming pc.

I plan to game frequently and record hence the extra SSD. Also I would be editing and rendering videos a lot so that need to be fast but I don't know how to improve render times. I have gone for the i7 over the i5 because I think that will speed up render times.

So will this be okay for its purpose? My budget is £1500 but I don't want to spend any unnecessary money so what I have come up with totals up to £1300.

  1. Made some changes : http://pcpartpicker.com/uk/p/vIqx

Better ssd and cheaper, and the psu for a modular one for more ~2 pounds, also a better 7970.
