hey! i'm kinda new to building and i don't know much about it, all i know is that i want an intel machine to run games such as World of warcraft, Farcry 3 , and skyrim on max video settings on a 1650 x 1080 monitor, my budget is 1000$ ( + / - ) ,

Approximate Purchase Date: in the next few weeks, not in a rush

Budget Range: 1000$ TOTAL.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming

Are you buying a monitor: no

Do you need to buy OS: Yes, Windows 7 ( 32 or 64 bits ? )

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: prefer neweggs, but pretty much anything will satisfy me if the price is good haha

Location: i'm in canada / quebec

Parts Preferences: Intel.

Overclocking: i don't know anything about overclocking , so probably not

SLI or Crossfire: i don't know anything about crossfiring haha

Your Monitor Resolution: 1650x1080

Additional Comments: love cases like Coolermaster HAF 932 ( http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119160 ) big fans and LEDs, i play world of warcraft / farcry 3 / skyrim.

actualy i have an AMD 2.30ghz dual core with a radeon hd 4800 and 2gb of ram , gaming with video setting on anything higher than minimum is a pain in the ass
well, i think that's all! hope you guys can help me :p thanks!

Since you're not gonna oc the cpu, and your monitor resolution is bellow 1080p a 660ti is more than enough, i recommend the following :

You can change the gpu for a lower one like the 660 non ti, still more than enough for your resolution : http://pcpartpicker.com/ca/part/asus-video-card-gtx660dc2o2gd5
And add a ssd : http://pcpartpicker.com/ca/part/crucial-internal-hard-drive-ct128m4ssd1
