Gt 620

Hello,
So i was looking at the new Gt 620 and i was wondering what the max TDP is on the card. Also what is the minimum amps on the 12v rail it would need? I have a non effecient 300 watt psu and i was looking to see if i could get the Gt 620 to run on this psu if not im just gonna pick up the 610.
Specs:
Intel core i3 2130 3.4ghz
6gb ddr3 ram
x1 1Tb hdd 7200rpm
300watt psu

Can you stretch to 640 if you are planning gaming on it? They should all run on 300watts.

Uhh yeah i could. I was wondering though would any of these cards even be worth upgrading from or should i wait a bit more and get a gtx 650 and a new psu? Im still on the integreated intel hd 2000 graphics

Would upgrading from intel hd 2000 to a gt 610 or 620 even be worth the money? I know most people say anything is better then integrated but i get not half bad performance in some games with integrated. Im wondering if i get the gt 620(as the 630-640 uses to much power for my psu and i don't have the $ for psu and more expensive card) would i see major improvements?

I put those in a category with onboard so for me they are not worth the money except to free up system ram that the onboard uses.
