  1. Can you stretch to 640 if you are planning gaming on it? They should all run on 300watts.

Uhh yeah i could. I was wondering though would any of these cards even be worth upgrading from or should i wait a bit more and get a gtx 650 and a new psu? Im still on the integreated intel hd 2000 graphics
  3. 640 minimum gaming card, 650 lower mid range/upper low range. http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/MSI/GTX_650_Power_Edition/27.html

Would upgrading from intel hd 2000 to a gt 610 or 620 even be worth the money? I know most people say anything is better then integrated but i get not half bad performance in some games with integrated. Im wondering if i get the gt 620(as the 630-640 uses to much power for my psu and i don't have the $ for psu and more expensive card) would i see major improvements?

I put those in a category with onboard so for me they are not worth the money except to free up system ram that the onboard uses.
