Noob question

Doesnt this 660 ti have more core clock, boost clock, and effective memory clock comparing to the vapor x but how does that make 660 ti worse??? Everyone keeps saying that this 7950 is amazing

If you compare both cards using just the factory clocks the standard BIOS they have the same relative performance.

The Sapphire HD 7950 Vapor-X also has a Boost BIOS which when used gives it 3% more performance. This card also has considerably more overclocking potential than the MSI GeForce GTX 660 Ti Power Edition. This is what everyone raves about.

The MSI GeForce GTX 660 Ti Power Edition is $35 cheaper after rebates have been applied so that should be your choice if you're not planning on overclocking the graphics card.
