The 7870 is the most powerful. I didn't bother looking at all the links for the prices. But if you get the 7870 for around $230 its the best card for the price. If you can afford it, then get it.

That ASUS model you linked is a triple slot cooler. Those are hard to CF-X unless you have a rare board with 3 to 4 spaces in between PCIe x16/x8 slots.

Also that link for the 560ti SSC is actually a 560 (non-ti) so I would avoid that.
