Bad 7870 performance? :c

I feel like im getting pad performance with my Twin Frozer 7870......on bf3 on the Russian team right outside of metro i get like....25-35... everywhere else 45-55 maxed.....when i see people on YouTube getting 60+ EVERYWHERE With the same card.
SPECS:
Phenom II x4 840 Processor, 3.2 ghz
Radeon 7870 Twin Frozer 3
550w PSU (just ordered a 80+ silver 850 W)
8gb ddr3 Ram
I also get like 25 fps with 30 view distance (all 3 settings) on GTA 4 with everything else maxed.....halp? (seen 70 fps constant with the same specs as me.

It's your CPU, you need to overclock it.

Yup, your cpu can't keep up.

You don't need more than 750w from a quality power supply unless you intend to run 2 gpu's.

Well i have people telling me its my psu.....while others are saying its my processor others are saying my rig is fine ;c

if your psu 550w is from a decent brand then no its not the psu.
That cpu is worse than a intel pentium g850 so it could be it.
Or also the drivers from amd.
