I just reformated my computer and installed all the latest drivers and updates and am experiancing choppy/laggy movement of windows when I move them aroudn the desktop. I dont remember this happening the last time I reformated. The differences between now and then is that now i have an external hardrive and I upgraded my 4 1gb RAM sticks to 2 4gb sticks.
