Will my computer have integrated graphics?

NZXT Phantom

HDD:
WESTERN DIGIAL Caviar Blue 1TB 7200RPM 64MB Cache

I can't afford my graphics card yet, which is the GIGABYTE GV-R787OC-2GD Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB, but I want to know if I will be able to fire up my new computer while I wait?

You will need a graphics card as that motherboard does not have on-board video.

You can buy the following Radeon HD 5450 for $15 w/ rebate just to get by until you have money for a better graphics card.
